In Car Tailor Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1.5 business days, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

Package Lost IN Transit

IN CAR TAILOR monitor every package and are always in close contact with the courier company to check for updates and make sure the package is not lost. In the unlikely event that a package is marked as lost in transit, we will either recreate and resend your order as soon as possible, or offer a full refund for your purchase.
